Privacy for screenshot readers

This screenshot install guide does not require an account. Pages are static files. If analytics or ads are enabled later, they will be disclosed on the advertising disclosure page and configured through the site config slots.

Download clicks leave for GitHub, Microsoft winget, Homebrew, or Flathub. Their privacy statements apply to those downloads. Flameshot’s own privacy policy is linked from the upstream README.

We do not ask for passwords or capture uploads to use this guide. Local screenshot files you create with Flameshot stay on your machine unless you choose an upload feature yourself.
